Post Natal Depression

Symptoms of post natal depression may include:

  • Feeling that you can't cope with your baby and then guilty because of this
  • Feeling very sad and crying frequently
  • Anxious and worried about babies and your own health
  • Unable to concentrate and finding simple tasks confusing
  • Tense and irritable
