Tiredness is a common problem for women in the first and last three months of pregnancy.

If you experience tiredness:

  • Rest as much as you can;
  • Make sure that you are eating well, eat frequent small meals to keep your energy levels up;
  • Don't take too much on - ask for help.
  • Discuss this complaint with your doctor.
